Terms & Conditions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use any of the applications under provided services on a compatible mobile device for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of the Application provided under Services, except where such activities are expressly permitted under applicable law.

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including but not limited to its source code, artwork, user interface, game assets, trademarks, logos, branding, service marks, trade names, and other proprietary materials.

Nothing contained within these Terms grants you any ownership rights or license to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, branding, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

You agree not to remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained within the Services.

The Service Provider may suspend your access to the Application or its related services if you materially breach these Terms.

Where the breach is capable of being remedied, the Service Provider will provide written notice and allow up to fourteen (14) days for the breach to be corrected before terminating access.

The Service Provider may immediately suspend or terminate access without prior notice where you:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Engage in activities that could harm other users or the Service Provider.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must permanently delete all copies of the Application from your devices.

By accessing or using the Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least the minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the Application. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, extract the source code, or create derivative works of the Application except where expressly permitted under applicable law.

All copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

Where the Application allows users to post, upload, or share content, you agree that any content you submit must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must not post content that:

• Violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or constitutes hate speech.
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, phishing, malware, or spam.
• Violates another person's privacy or personal data rights.
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Contains sexually explicit material or excessive violence unless specifically permitted by the Application.

The Service Provider reserves the right to moderate content submitted through the Application.

The Service Provider may:

• Remove content that violates these Terms.
• Restrict or suspend offending accounts.
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.
• Filter, hide, or otherwise moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Depending on how the Application functions, submitted content may be visible to other users or to the public.

If you believe content infringes your rights or violates these Terms, you may report it by contacting support@cosmicdreamstudio.com.

Reports should include enough information to identify the content, evaluate the complaint, and contact you if additional information is required.

Where available, you may also report content, block users, or mute notifications using the Application's built-in tools.

Users affected by moderation decisions may request further review by contacting support@cosmicdreamstudio.com.

By submitting content through the Application, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and prepare derivative works of your content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Application.

This license does not grant the Service Provider the right to sell your content separately from the Application.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Any personal information contained within User-Generated Content is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You should not upload personal information belonging to another person without their permission.

The Service Provider continuously works to improve the Application and may modify, update, discontinue features, or introduce charges for certain services at any time.

Any paid features or services will always be clearly communicated before payment is required.

The Application may require updates to remain compatible with your device or operating system. The Service Provider does not guarantee that older versions of the Application will continue to be supported.

If you choose not to install available updates, certain features or the Application itself may no longer function correctly.

The Service Provider also reserves the right to discontinue the Application or any part of its services at any time.

The Application stores and processes information necessary to provide its services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and controlling access to it.

The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as these actions may compromise your device's security and prevent the Application from functioning properly.

Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider.

The Service Provider is not responsible for service interruptions caused by poor connectivity, unavailable internet access, exhausted mobile data allowances, or issues relating to your mobile network provider.

If you use the Application while roaming or using mobile data, additional charges imposed by your mobile carrier may apply. You are solely responsible for any such charges.

You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains sufficiently charged to access the Application.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required under applicable law, whichever is greater.

Where the Application is provided free of charge, liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

The Service Provider also accepts no responsibility for losses arising from reliance upon third-party information or content made available through the Application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your intentional misuse of the Application.
• User-Generated Content submitted by you that violates these Terms or applicable law.

This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.

Where the Application qualifies as an intermediary service under the European Union Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), the following provisions apply.

• A single point of contact for EU authorities and users is available at support@cosmicdreamstudio.com.
• Users will receive a statement of reasons where content is removed or accounts are restricted, as required by the DSA.
• Reports of illegal content will be processed promptly and, where appropriate, reviewed by a human moderator.
• Eligible disputes regarding moderation decisions may be referred to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies where provided under applicable law.
• Transparency reports regarding moderation activities may be made available upon request.

These provisions apply only where required under applicable law and do not replace or limit rights provided under consumer protection or data protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding your use of the Application and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the Application.

The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting support@cosmicdreamstudio.com.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of August 4, 2026.
